All products sold on EriDesignHub are digital files. Due to the nature of digital products, once downloaded, they cannot be returned. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
General Refund Policy
Because embroidery design files are digital products that can be instantly downloaded and used, all sales are final. We generally do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and the files have been downloaded.
When We May Offer Refunds
We will consider refunds or replacements in the following situations:
- ✓Corrupted Files: If your downloaded file is corrupted and cannot be opened or used
- ✓Wrong File Delivered: If you received a different design than what you ordered
- ✓Description Mismatch: If the file significantly differs from its product description
- ✓Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same design twice
When We Cannot Offer Refunds
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- ✗Change of Mind: You simply changed your mind after purchasing
- ✗Compatibility Issues: Files don't work with your specific machine (check compatibility before purchase)
- ✗Design Taste: You don't like how the design looks after purchase
- ✗Downloaded Files: Once a file has been successfully downloaded
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase with the following information:
- Your order number
- The email address used for purchase
- The reason for your refund request
- Screenshots or evidence of the issue (if applicable)
Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is approved, please allow:
- 1-3 business days for refund processing
- 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account (depending on your bank)
