All products sold on EriDesignHub are digital files. Due to the nature of digital products, once downloaded, they cannot be returned. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

General Refund Policy

Because embroidery design files are digital products that can be instantly downloaded and used, all sales are final. We generally do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and the files have been downloaded.

When We May Offer Refunds

We will consider refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • Corrupted Files: If your downloaded file is corrupted and cannot be opened or used
  • Wrong File Delivered: If you received a different design than what you ordered
  • Description Mismatch: If the file significantly differs from its product description
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same design twice

When We Cannot Offer Refunds

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: You simply changed your mind after purchasing
  • Compatibility Issues: Files don't work with your specific machine (check compatibility before purchase)
  • Design Taste: You don't like how the design looks after purchase
  • Downloaded Files: Once a file has been successfully downloaded

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase with the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. The email address used for purchase
  3. The reason for your refund request
  4. Screenshots or evidence of the issue (if applicable)
