You may be required to create an account to access certain features, such as purchasing designs or enrolling in courses. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

All payments for digital products (embroidery files) and courses are processed through our third-party payment provider, Paystack. All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

Subscriptions to our courses grant you access for a limited time as specified at the time of purchase (e.g., 3 months for bundles, 2 months for individual modules). Course videos are for streaming only and cannot be downloaded.

All content on this Site, including embroidery designs, course materials, text, and graphics, is the property of EriDesignHub and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchased designs are licensed to you for personal and limited commercial use, but may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.

Our referral program allows you to earn commissions and your friends to receive discounts. You agree to use the referral program in good faith. We reserve the right to disqualify participants and void rewards for any fraudulent activity.

The Site and its content are provided "as is". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties. In no event shall EriDesignHub be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
